You call or book online, we give you an arrival window, and we show up inside it. Before anyone touches the fireplace, we walk the job with you and tell you what we think it needs and what it doesn't. If the flue is clean enough to skip a sweep this year, we say so and charge you for the inspection instead. What moves the number on a Chula Vista job is usually access and metal: a two-story roof with a steep pitch takes longer than a single-story walk-on, a corroded chase cover or a rusted spark arrestor cap means replacement parts and sheet metal work, and a gas system that needs the burner pulled, cleaned, and re-seated is a different visit than a straight brush-and-vacuum.
